On September 27th, Osteria Langhe will host Chef Joe Flamm and award winning Executive Chef Tony Mantuano from Spiaggia for a special collaboration showcasing the best from Northern Italy and Southern Italy. This seven course meal will feature 4 dishes from Osteria Langhe chef Cameron Grant and 4 dishes from Mantuano and Flamm of Spiaggia. Wine pairings, selected by Spiaggia’s Rachel Lowe and Osteria Langhe’s Aldo Zaninotto, will accompany each course. The menu is $150 a head ++. Reservation times are 6:00, 6:30, 8:00 and 8:30 pm.
