July 2026 update from owner Aldo Zaninotto - We are implementing a 3.75% administrative fee to all guest checks beginning July 2026. We are a small, local, privately owned business. Rather than increasing individual menu items by the dollar, we have decided to incorporate a small percentage of the total guest check to go towards operating costs of the business. We want this to be transparent to everyone about this fee as it will help offset some of the rising expensens that go along with the current climate of importing speciality items from small businesses in Piemonte.
